Commission & Payouts (Plain Language)

• Commission: 10% per qualifying, completed service.
• Commission basis: calculated on the net amount after discounts and before taxes, excluding any refunded or charged-back amounts.
• Payout schedule: commissions for a given month are payable 30 days after that month ends to allow time for cancellations, refunds, or chargebacks.
• Example: A $300 job with a $30 discount and 5% tax means commission is based on the $270 net amount, not including tax. If the job is completed and remains non-refunded through month-end plus 30 days, it is paid in that cycle.
• Example earnings:
